Job summary

Centerstone in Springfield, MO is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager for the Client Financial Services team. You will lead AR operations, ensure timely claims submission, and uphold compliance with state and federal regulations, while driving accuracy and efficiency across the department.

You’ll supervise staff development, promote professional growth, and partner with leadership to meet organizational goals in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Certification in Billing and/or Coding preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and staff workflows for Client Financial Services.
  • Provide direction and support to staff per an established education plan.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and professionalism with staff, vendors, payers, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Oversee timely submission of all claims and routine AR reconciliation.
