Job Title: Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to take charge of order-to-cash performance across our diverse operations. The role involves leading billing, credit, collections, and cash application, with a focus on accelerating the conversion of receivables into cash, safeguarding against credit losses, and establishing a unified, scalable accounts receivable strategy across all business units. This position offers significant visibility, collaborating closely with executive leadership, Operations, and Sales to provide data-driven insights and guide the team through modernization efforts, including automation and ERP transitions.

Essential Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Viewpoint.

• Hands-on experience with AR automation and collections platforms and BI/reporting tools.

• Experience leading teams through ERP migrations or major system implementations.

• Track record of managing AR across multiple business units, legal entities, or branch locations.

• Experience with progress/milestone billing, retainage, and lien rights in project-based industrial services.

• Experience in industrial services, construction, heavy equipment, or equipment rental.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $72.12/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
