Job summary

Job Description

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for handling collections via email and phone, managing credit memos and payments, and overseeing a portfolio of 300-350 customers. Experience in Credit Analysis is advantageous, especially for providing support to the Credit Team using tools like D&B.

Work Environment

This role is in a dynamic team of about 12 people where AR and Collections have merged, allowing for a broader range of tasks within the AR/Collections cycle. The work environment is flexible, with no set hours, allowing you to manage your own time. You will work closely with AR, Collections, and Billing teams, spending three days in the office. The company culture is rebuilding and growing rapidly after the pandemic, with perks like free coffee and the return of free soda. The business focuses on leasing and managing AV setups in hotels, primarily within the hospitality industry.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Schiller Park, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
