Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in benefits and claims administration.
• 3+ years of relationship management and project management experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Access knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supports accounts receivable activities for a Provider Book of Business.
• Partners with AR Manager and matrix partners to resolve AR issues.
• Develops provider strategic plans for the assigned book of business.
• Monitors AR metrics and communicates results to leadership.
• Performs root cause analysis and develops action plans for improvement.
• Interacts with providers to educate and resolve AR issues.
• Participates in meetings as AR Subject Matter Expert.
• Travels as required to meet with providers.
