Sentry Management Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Premier Accounts Receivable Lead to join our corporate support center in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on independently managing AR functions for assigned associations while supporting broader accounting operations in a boutique setting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong command of debit and credit principles in accordance with established accounting standards.
• Review daily cash receipts for assigned associations to ensure proper application.
• Manage onboarding and account closeout processes for associations.
• Maintain assessment billing schedule for Accounts Receivable Department.
• Adhere to established internal controls.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to financial activities.
• Maintain accurate member/customer account records
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to our Language of Service with all interactions.
• Review issues and look for solutions to obstacles or gaps in service.
• Respond promptly to employee or client needs to step in and assist with difficult or escalated situations.
• Solicit employee and customer feedback to improve service.
• Promote Foundation Principals at all times and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
• Approaches work daily with a positive "Can-Do" strategy.
• Ensure that all incoming telephone calls are courteously and efficiently handled and that messages are accurately documented.
• Lend a helping hand to the entire team by assisting other team members as requested.
