Overview

Looking for a detail-orientated professional to join our corporate support center to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player, has the ability to quickly solve problems, has good interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.

The Premier Accounts Receivable Lead is responsible for independently managing accounts receivable functions for assigned association(s) while supporting broader accounting operations within a boutique environment. This role serves as a trusted point of contact for assigned associations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely resolution across all receivable activities. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to independently take ownership of assigned responsibilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Demonstrate a strong command of debit and credit principles in accordance with established accounting standards.
  • Review daily cash receipts for assigned associations to ensure proper application.
  • Manage onboarding and account closeout processes for associations.
  • Maintain assessment billing schedule for Accounts Receivable Department.
  • Adhere to established internal controls.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to financial activities.
  • Maintain accurate member/customer account records
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
