ManpowerGroup is seeking an AP/AR Clerk to own the end-to-end insurance follow-up and denial resolution process at our Lake Mary, Florida location. You will ensure accurate reimbursements, resolve payment discrepancies, and drive cash collection metrics.

• Handle and resolve insurance follow-up and denial issues to support correct reimbursements.
• Serve as liaison between insurers, patients, and internal departments to meet AR days and cash goals.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, documenting root causes when needed.
• Review AR aging reports and explain past-due balances to management.
• Prioritize aged accounts and address those approaching timely filing denial.
• Provide professional responses to billing inquiries from the call center.
