Accounts Receivable Field Support Reporting Specialist - REMOTE

The A/R Field Support Reporting Specialist provides data concerning accounts receivables outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide reporting when requested to help resolve outstanding AR issues and revenue adjustments.
2. Modify and verify reports for management or end users using sources like Datamart, Phoenix, RCM Elements, etc.
3. Identify specific reimbursement issues through review of reports and data analysis.
4. Provide Patient/Client AR reporting to explain invoice recipients.
5. Report on Patients in Collections.
6. Update specimens for Labcorp Billing system.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. At least 5 years of medical/healthcare billing experience required.
3. Reporting or analytical experience in medical billing, healthcare, or RCM preferred.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data and identify trends.
5. Experience with insurance claims, EOBs, cash posting, remittance, and client collections preferred.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Knowledge of LCBS system is a plus.

Remote Work Requirements:

• High-speed Internet connection (50 Mbps or higher).

Pay Range: $16.35 - $20.00 per hour (state minimum wages apply if higher).

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm MST.
