Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of accounts receivable, collections, or accounting experience.
• Experience managing customer accounts and collecting outstanding balances.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating professionally with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with CDK software is a plus; basic Excel skills required.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain a Parts and Service Accounts Receivable portfolio.
• Contact customers by phone and email regarding payment issues and unusual activity.
• Monitor customer balances and aging reports to ensure timely collections.
• Provide invoices, statements, and supporting documentation to customers.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies with customers and internal departments.
• Collaborate with locations to investigate billing concerns and customer issues.
• Process AR-related documentation, including ACH forms and credit references.
• Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and payment information.
• Support additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
