Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is representing a global manufacturing company seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join the accounting team. You will post payments, reconcile ledgers, and invoice key accounts.

This in-office role is three days a week with merit increases, strong health/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, 3 weeks PTO and 11 holidays, plus active employee engagement events. A HS diploma and 5+ years AR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years professional work experience in accounts receivable or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receives cash items and third-party payments; posts and reconciles payments to ledgers.
• Reviews credit balances, refunds, adjustments, and claim denials; reconciles, corrects, and applies adjustments to billing records.
• Invoicing Key Accounts.
• Ensures outstanding AR balances are followed up on in a professional manner.
• Prepares customer billings based on sales activity.
