Job summary

The Accounting Specialist supports accounting operations by managing accounts receivable,

grower accounting, inventory data, and financial reporting to help ensure accurate and efficient

business operations.

We're looking for someone who

• Holds an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree
• Has at least 2 years of experience in agriculture and accounts receivable or grower accounting
• Understands agricultural or manufacturing accounting processes
• Has experience using Famous software
• Is highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Communicates effectively in both written and verbal formats
• Demonstrates initiative and enjoys supporting teammates
• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information professionally
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines consistently
• Pays close attention to detail and stays organized
• Is self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Maintains a positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
• Has a clean driving record and can successfully complete a background check and driving record screening
