Southwest Service Administrators, Inc. is seeking a Contribution Processor in Phoenix, AZ to review and process monthly employer contribution reports for Health & Welfare, Pension, Annuity, Dues, and related areas. The role also handles COBRA and retiree contributions and eligibility.

Responsibilities include processing, reconciling reports, auditing, and ensuring end-of-month deadlines. Strong attention to detail and Excel/Word proficiency are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in bookkeeping or AR/AP is a plus.
• Strong math skills and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word with pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile monthly employer contribution reports and retiree/COBRA self-payments.
• Perform delinquency and payroll audit processing and reporting.
• Review, research, correct and balance reports; meet end-of-month deadlines.
• Respond to inquiries regarding eligibility and enrollment with professional service.
