The role involves reviewing and negotiating contracts, tracking billing on commercial projects, ensuring insurance documentation, and supporting sales, operations, and managers across Colorado.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in construction project-based billing.
• High school diploma; BS in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, negotiate, and execute commercial fireplace and rebar contracts.
• Submit monthly billing on contracted commercial projects.
• Monitor project billings and waivers per pay application.
• Process AR transactions and payments in compliance with policies.
• External/internal customer service/collections AR portfolio and resolve payment plans.
