You will analyze contracts, prepare structure for bookings and billings, and ensure FAR compliance while coordinating with internal/external partners.

This hybrid role offers exposure to SAP, invoicing, and complex reconciliations in a dynamic defense industry environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or equivalent.
• Experience with Excel formulas and functions.
• Experience producing and modifying PowerPoint presentations.
• 1+ year of experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP.
• Prepare contract structure to ensure bookings and billings.
• Populate data for shipments to the Warfighter and customers.
• Maintain regular contact with internal partners and external agencies to resolve contract discrepancies.
• Verify contracts are loaded accurately and in FAR compliance.
• Create and submit invoices to external customers.
• Maintain complex contract reconciliations with internal/external customers.
