Job summary

Terumo Medical Corporation is seeking a Collections/Accounts Receivable Associate in New Jersey to analyze and collect monies due on new and existing customer accounts. You will research and resolve over 60/90 day past due balances and maintain accurate records using various software.

The role requires strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and pivots), attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• 2 years credit and collection experience / accounts receivable strongly preferred.
• Experience in JD Edwards and/or SAP ERP strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office - especially Excel (V-lookups, Pivot Tables).
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and collect monies due on customer accounts.
• Research and resolve over 60/90 day past due balances.
• Input data and maintain accurate accounts records.
• Support continuous improvements on company processes.
• Process and analyze aging reporting for customer portfolio.
