Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting support role.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices, credit memos, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and ensure payments are received according to company terms.
• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and resolve payment discrepancies or billing issues.
• Post daily deposits and reconcile accounts receivable transactions in the accounting system.
• Maintain and organize all customer billing records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly aging reports and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve invoicing or credit issues.
