You will handle document gathering for MSO/Battery Coupon requests, process daily mail and audits, and coordinate shipments of invoice packets. A high school diploma and proficiency in MS Office are required, with strong organizational and communication skills essential for success.

Aufgaben

• Communicates with dealers regarding invoice questions in a professional and timely manner.
• Gathers documents for dealer requests for duplicate MSO/Battery Coupon per process.
• Performs daily mail distribution and creates daily audit, distributing MSO and invoices by plant location.
• Ensures MSO is received from outside vendors.
• Creates FedEx shipments for overnight invoice packets.
• Other duties as assigned.
