Job summary

Allied Beverage Group in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a Credit Clerk to apply payments to retailer AR and coordinate with Credit Agents. The role involves data entry in System I, researching discrepancies, and timely communication with customers and sales staff.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma with clerical/AR experience, strong PC skills, and good math and organizational abilities. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the starting wage of $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Clerical experience, preferably banking and AR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organizational and math skills.
• Ability to problem solve and perform assessment tests.

Responsibilities

• Enter checks into AR using System I (AS/400).
• Research discrepancies in check remittance and notify customer and credit agent with proper paperwork.
• Answer incoming calls and provide information to customers, drivers, and sales personnel.
• Monitor ATM deposits and process applications via ATM email inbox.
• Process and enter new credit applications into System I.
