Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience within the manufacturing industry
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural team setting

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer invoices and payments

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Provide support to the Accounting team as needed
