Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Contract to hire Accounts Receivable Clerk for our client in the Pacific, MO area. This 100% onsite role offers pay ranging from $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include daily cash flow updates, processing payments, journal entries, reconciliations, and customer communications. This position is with Beacon Hill Financial and is onsite in Pacific, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily customer cash flow updates
• Processing all customer and non-customer payments
• Recording bank transfers
• Creating journal entries for daily outgoing transactions
• Performing daily bank reconciliations
• Monitoring unapplied customer payments and applying them as appropriate
• Preparing daily accounts receivable reports
• Monitoring outstanding accounts receivable items through week-over-week comparisons and other tracking tools
• Assisting with customer onboarding
• Performing monthly bank account reconciliations
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing customer statements upon request
• Following all applicable policies and procedures
• Assisting the Accounts Payable team as needed
