Job summary

Schenck USA Corp. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our fast-paced team in Deer Park, NY. The role focuses on invoicing, collections, payment processing, and maintaining accurate customer account records.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant experience and strong math and communication skills. We offer a hybrid work option after 90 days, great benefits, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for recognition and engagement within a world-class team.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Person.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivables or general accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in processing invoices, processing payments, collections, and account records preferred.
• Good math and communication skills are required.
• Must have strong computer skills - proficient in MS Office, specifically Word & Excel. Must have ERP/MRP experience, SAP preferred.
• Must be able to carry out simple instructions.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Must be available first and last 3 days of every month due to monthly/quarterly/year-end close.
