Harris Computer is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage accounts receivable and customer billing processes in Phoenix. You will handle invoicing, credits and debits, and collaborate with multiple departments to resolve problem accounts.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to process high volumes accurately. A related accounting/finance education and experience in AR or finance are preferred. Competitive benefits included.

Formación

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance).
• Proactively communicating to various departments on problem accounts.
• Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
• Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information.
• Preparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-end.
• Account reconciliation.
