Job summary

Harris Computer in the United States is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage customer accounts, handle invoicing, credits and debits, and collaborate with multiple departments to resolve billing issues. You will respond to inquiries promptly and assist with month-end and quarter-end reporting.

The role requires education in Accounting or Finance and prior experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance functions.

Qualifications

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance).
• Proactively communicating to various departments on problem accounts.
• Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
• Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information.
• Preparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-end.
• Account reconciliation.
