Job summary

Harris Computer in the United States is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to maintain customer accounts, process invoices, credits and debits, and support billing cycles.

You will collaborate with various departments to resolve issues, respond to inquiries promptly, and help prep month-end and quarter-end information. A detail-oriented, analytical communicator with accounting education and AR experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance)
• Proactively communicating to various departments on problem accounts
• Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
• Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information
• Preparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-end
• Account reconciliation
