Job summary

Harris Computer, based in Phoenix, is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage invoicing, credits, debits, and customer accounts. The role requires proactive cross-department communication to resolve problem accounts and close billing issues with the collections team.

Qualifications

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance.
• Proactively communicating with various departments on problem accounts.
• Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
• Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information.
• Preparing information required for the month-end and quarter-end.
• Account reconciliation.
