Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make daily B2B collection calls to customer accounts.
• Contact customers about outstanding balances.
• Maintain documentation of interactions involving payments and disputes.
• Reconcile AR ledger to ensure proper posting.
• Assist with posting incoming payments.
• Process monthly billing and invoicing.
• Support field teams with invoice submissions.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Collaborate with AR teams and field staff for regional customer support.
• Build professional relationships with customers.
• Respond to customer questions accurately and promptly.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Maintain organized financial and customer records.
