Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an accounts receivable professional to manage invoice billing, cash receipts, and collections in a structured finance environment.

The role involves ensuring contractual compliance, preparing reports, and supporting monthly closes. Candidates should be detail‑oriented, proficient in MS Office, and able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of accounts receivable rules and regulations.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Extensive knowledge of accounts receivable module of the integrated financial computer system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, and Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain adequate filing system.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the invoice billing and cash receipt processes according to department policies and respective contractual terms.
• Prepare and schedule bank deposits and monitor the accuracy and validity of such.
• Verify and monitor contractual compliance on all billings.
• Research and resolve accounts receivable issues, problems, and inquiries.
• Maintain and organize all accounts receivable files incl. files and cash receipt records.
• Responsible for the collection procedures for past due accounts.
• Prepare required internal and external reports.
• Assist in the monthly accounting close calculating and preparing various accruals and journal entries.
• Receive and record utility readings.
• Maintain monthly statistical report.
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of the annual revenue budget.
• Perform variance analysis and other special projects as assigned.
