• Accounts Receivable & Billing: Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms and billing schedules.
• Reporting & Operations: Maintain and reconcile recurring AR reports, aging schedules, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• International Royalties: Support receipt, organization, and tracking of international royalty statements.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate accounts receivable and royalty processes.
