Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 2+ years AR experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and AR systems/software.

Responsibilities

• Prepares customer aging analyses and future cash collection expectations.
• Invoicing of service part orders and processing of rebates.
• Calculates sales commissions and runs daily credit card billing.
• Supports internal/external audits with schedules and data.
• Collaborates with shared service AR team and accounting staff.
