Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least two years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Experience using SAP for financial processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative work style.
• Proven ability to resolve payment issues and drive collections.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a designated group of customer accounts across multiple segments.
• Monitor balances and accelerate collections to reduce aging receivables.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays, and deductions.
• Build relationships with accounts payable contacts to aid timely payments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance on billing concerns.
• Apply remittances and perform account reconciliations.
• Support invoice delivery through customer portals and systems.
• Process billing corrections, pricing adjustments, and card payments.
• Provide customers with invoices, statements, and backup materials as requested.
• Identify opportunities to improve receivable processes and controls.
• Cross-train and cover for colleagues as needed.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives within the department.
• Maintain compliance with client policies and procedures.
