Responsibilities

• Creation of contracts from quotes.
• Approving and posting invoice items.
• Sending bills to customers.
• Tracking monthly recurring revenue & non-recurring revenue report.
• Creating and tracking invoices.
• Maintaining the collections process.
• Assessing accounts for late charges.
• Client communication.
• Internal reporting of weekly AR.
• Research and implement cost savings/reduction opportunities.
• Internal reporting of weekly AP.
• Collect and review data and properly input into QuickBooks.
• Prepare financial reports for budgeting and forecasting.
• Reconciliations and compliance with GAAP standards.
• Coordination with third-party accounting services.
