Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, or related accounting experience.
• Strong Excel proficiency, including XLOOKUPs, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, and large dataset analysis.
• Experience reviewing AR aging reports and managing high-volume account activity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
• College degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze aging reports, account balances, payment activity, and receivable trends as the Accounts Receivable Analyst
• Support credit-related activities and investigate outstanding balances, payment discrepancies, and account issues as the Accounts Receivable Analyst
• Develop and maintain detailed Excel reports utilizing XLOOKUPs, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, and large data sets as the Accounts Receivable Analyst
• Partner with internal teams to resolve account concerns and support collection efforts when necessary as the Accounts Receivable Analyst
• Present account findings, recommendations, and reporting insights to leadership and key stakeholders as the Accounts Receivable Analyst
• Monitor high-volume account activity and identify opportunities to improve processes and cash flow performance as the Accounts Receivable Analyst
