Job summary

TrxNow (Allied Dispatch Solutions, LLC) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our Finance team in Johnson City, TN. The role focuses on accounts receivable activities, reconciliations, and monthly ledger entries, with emphasis on data analysis to improve financial reporting.

The candidate should have strong Excel skills, experience with accounting software, and the ability to work autonomously while coordinating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Self-motivated with effective time management and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with senior executives and owners.
• Practice strategic and analytical thinking and exercise sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the accounts receivable function.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly ledger entries.

We’re seeking a qualified individual to join our Finance team in the role of Accounts Receivable Accountant. This position will assist in the function of accounts receivable, account reconciliations, monthly ledger entries and data analysis.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations

Preferred Qualifications
