TrxNow (Allied Dispatch Solutions, LLC) in Johnson City, TN seeks an Accounts Receivable Accountant to support the finance team. The role handles accounts receivable processes, reconciliations, and monthly ledger entries, enabling accurate financial reporting and data-driven decisions.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in accounting, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Excel and QuickBooks; Oracle experience is a plus. The position is on-site at our Johnson City headquarters.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations.
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with senior executives.
