Responsibilities

• Oversee various accounts payable processes to ensure timely invoice processing.
• Analyze and resolve invoice holds and Purchase Order exceptions.
• Train new employees on accounts payable systems and procedures.
• Conduct account reconciliations and research outstanding invoices.
• Communicate with field managers, requestors, and suppliers to resolve payment issues.
