Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounting support.
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers across phone, email, and Microsoft Teams, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; ability to use a variety of online systems.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

• Background check may be required, including potential credit checks where permitted by law.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review all invoices for assigned vendors for documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Prepare and process payment of invoices, including check, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Process 3-way PO match for invoices into SAP ERP system; reconcile vendor statements, credit cards, discrepancies, and overpayments.
• Provide accurate documentation and records management in accordance with company policy and general accounting practices.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers using the shared mailbox.
• Perform general office assignments to support the team.
