Job summary

Summit Utilities, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the A/P team in Fort Smith, AR. You will ensure timely processing of invoices, maintain controls, and support system implementations including SAP S4/Hana.

You will collaborate with multiple departments and drive process improvements, audits, and reporting while maintaining strong vendor relationships and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• Minimum five years' accounts payable or related experience, including supervisory duties.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, and/or Concur a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the A/P team and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor performance, coach, and support professional development.
• Lead system implementations and collaborate with IT and vendors.
• Prepare audit documentation and support internal audits.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
