POSITION SCOPE

The Accounts Payable Manager, is responsible for managing daily AP operations, supervising staff, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments, maintaining internal controls, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager who enjoys team leadership, AP automation, ERP systems, and developing efficient accounting processes. This position provides the opportunity to lead a multi-location AP team of 15+ staff and help modernize our invoice-to-payment processes, electronic payments, and accounts payable operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team of 15 or more in multiple Locations
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor maintenance, and payment activities.
• Manage check, ACH, wire, and credit card payment processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, approval workflows, and internal controls.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and audit requests.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
