Responsibilities

• Review invoices for accuracy and approval.
• Oversee vendor setup and maintenance; manage high-volume vendor uploads.
• Supervise daily payment runs; ensure compliance and timeliness.
• Maintain AP module in Aderant; collaborate with Billing and Treasury.
• Support 1099 reporting and DC tax compliance as needed.
