Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead our AP team in De Pere, WI. The role focuses on accurate, timely procure-to-pay operations, coaching staff, and collaborating with Procurement, Finance, IT, and plant teams to drive performance and governance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP, strong ERP experience (SAP/Ariba/Lawson), and excellent communication skills to support process improvements and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable / Procure-to-Pay or Finance Shared Services.
• Experience with SAP/Ariba/Lawson or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and timely.
• Provide guidance and escalation support for invoice processing, three-way matching, and payment issues.
• Lead, coach and develop AP team members with clear expectations and training.
• Facilitate team meetings and communication routines to align priorities and updates.
• Support onboarding, cross-training, and documentation of procedures for consistent execution.
• Manage escalated AP issues and serve as primary AP contact for operational questions.
