Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor the Accounts Payable team while overseeing daily operations.
• Manage escalated invoice issues, payment exceptions, and vendor inquiries.
• Monitor reporting, KPIs, and workflow performance to drive operational efficiency.
• Oversee PO-based invoice processing, three-way matching, and discrepancy resolution.
• Partner with operations, procurement, and leadership to improve AP processes and support change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and quality standards.
