Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate accounting or bookkeeping.
• Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficiency in document controls for SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices accurately.
• Assist with month-end close activities including AP accruals.
• Support internal and external audit requests.

Skills

Proficiency in NetSuite or comparable ERP

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Understanding of GAAP

Education

Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
