Job summary

Maple Run Unified School District in St. Albans, Vermont is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Central Office team. The role handles processing of accounts payable and maintains vendor and invoice files.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Associate degree in Accounting may substitute for experience at the Business Manager's discretion.
• Proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions and maintain vendor and invoice files.
• Support central office accounting functions and ensure accuracy of postings.
• Assist with month-end close and vendor reconciliations.
