Qualifications

• Prior AP experience required.
• Experience with SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Verify validity of invoices and voucher payments – 3-way match (PO/Receipt/Invoice).
• Obtain proper approvals for Non-PO invoices, code accordingly, and enter correctly.
• Process payments via check, ACH, or wire.
• Communicate with vendors daily.
• Perform other payable reporting duties as assigned.
• Sort mail and open AP mail; print AP invoices.
