Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3+ years of related accounts payable experience.
• Strong understanding of AP processes and vendor management.
• Experience with Acumatica or similar ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities in accounts payable and ensure timely payments.
• Promote use of preferred vendors with rebate programs.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage billing disputes.
• Collaborate on SG&A spend and COGS; ensure correct GL coding.
• Support timely collections with A/R team.
• Drive process improvements and automation across AP.
• Develop and maintain AP policies and documentation.
• Identify and implement new ways to reduce turnaround times.
• Communicate payment process improvements to management.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff on accounting policies.
