Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Accounts payable experience, preferably in law or professional services.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with expense reimbursement and corporate card programs preferred.
• Experience with Aderant, Elite, or comparable ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Emburse/Chrome River expense management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office apps.
• Experience with online banking platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices from receipt to entry in the accounting system.
• Review and process employee expense reimbursements per firm policies.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of all transactions.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in pricing, coding, and approvals.
• Assist with weekly and ad hoc payment cycles and vendor disbursements.
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries professionally and timely.
• Support credit card program administration and reconciliations.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support audit requests.
