Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable processing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate AP records for the company and managed properties.
• Resolve vendor discrepancies and respond to payment questions.
• Assist with accruals, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Support training and possible supervision of AP staff as the department grows.
