Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
• Minimum two years’ accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and willingness to learn NetSuite.
• Strong ethics, accuracy, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices and job cost expenses accurately.
• Scan/upload checks, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Assist with processing payments to vendors.
• Help apply customer payments to accounts.
• Review invoices for basic accuracy (amounts, dates, vendor info).
• Organize and maintain financial records and files.
• Support the team with simple reporting and data entry tasks.
• Assist with general administrative and accounting support as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
