Job summary

Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support a fast-growing finance team at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters.

The role emphasizes accuracy, vendor communications, and proactive problem solving in a on-site setting. The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of AP or related finance experience, strong ERP and Excel skills, and a solid understanding of GL/AP processes and GAAP.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of AP or related finance experience in a corporate setting.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and verify accuracy.
• Match invoices to POs and goods receipts (two‑way/three‑way matching).
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and supplier statements.
• Review employee expense reports for policy compliance.
• Support month-end closing activities, including accruals and ledger reconciliation.
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; and recording entries.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve issues and maintain strong vendor relationships.
