• Proficiency with ERP and accounting systems, particularly NetSuite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable functions: invoice entry, approvals, and payments.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to resolve PO, receiving, and invoice discrepancies.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and proper accounting periods.
• Maintain vendor records including W-9 and 1099 documentation.
• Ensure timely payments via ACH, checks, and other methods.
• Assist with month-end close and AP subledger accuracy.
• Support internal controls and cash handling procedures.
